I am a graduate Chemical Engineer with HSE qualification of NEBOSH IGC & IOSH MS. I have 02 years of experience in HSE.

Ensure every member in his work party attends the Toolbox Talk and understands the work scope, hazards and controls prior to his endorsement at the worksite. • Implement Permit to Work system and maintain the same. • Ensure that the controls specified on the Permit are maintained. • Inspection of firefighting equipment’s and extinguishers. • Assistance where necessary to ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out prior to permit issue. • Report and investigate all near-miss, incidents and analyze the root causes. • Ensure isolation of electrical and mechanical sources and LOTO system, PTW and SSOW followed for all maintenance jobs. • Ensure that company HSE Policy and contractual HSE requirements are enforced within the framework of all site construction activity.
Permit-To-Work auditing - Checking Permits for activities and ensuring safety requirement are
adopted / implemented by the workforce.
• Monitoring of hazardous activities like lifting, confined space, hot work, work at height, spading
and de-spading, LOTO, NDT and other similar activities to ensure compliance with Company
HSE Standards and Procedures
• Ensure implementation of job specific Personal Protective Equipment in the light of JSA.
• Ensuring work performed are being complied with the JSA and PTW.
• Inspection of fire extinguisher and kept in the secure position and also maintain a record for their
service and expiry date. Check the physical condition of each fire extinguisher and pressure.
• To carry out inspection on daily, weekly and monthly basis as per the HSE checklist.
• Participating in incident / accident investigation as a member of investigation team and follow up

with concerned stake holders to ensure recommendations and lesson learned are implemented.
• Participate / Conduct Tool Box talk (TBT) at the site. This also covers emergency response
aspects to be followed by workforce in case of an emergency.
• Ensuring implementation of good housekeeping for the job site and to follow the waste
segregation / management plan.
• Ensure Safety induction of the new employees is conducted before they are involved in work.
• Preparation and participation in emergency mock drills.
• Liaise with job supervisors (as required) to ensure job specific hazards are identified and
assessed. Following which required control and mitigation measures are taken to ensure that risk
is tolerable.
• Develop HSE inspections and audit plans in-line with approved HSE plan to ensure HSE is being
practiced and implemented in true letter and spirit. Prepare HSE inspection and audits reports
accordingly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for management review and updating on HSE overall
performance.
