Timely Pickups & Deliveries of shipments. Timely submission of COD Cash on same day of delivery. Timely clear previous Month pending CODs Proper and Area. Strict Compliance of Standard Operating Procedures in all operational activities. Strict Security of Operations Room and places where materials are being handled. Receiving of Inbounded Material and Forwarding of out bound material Immediate handling of operational Disorders and their speedy resolutions Coordinate with Customers Services Department for effective and efficient resolution of Customer Complaints Better Understanding and Coordination with sales department for providing customized services to clients Impart on the Job Training and coaching to couriers and other operational activities Attendance and Punctuality of staff. Maintenance and proper filing of record Personal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their motorbikes and availability of courier kits Quality Control Checks Timely Departure of couriers for deliveries Availability & working conditions of vehicles Transit Checks (Handling of Carriage of transit material) Maintenance of Log Book Working condition of operational rooms Timely Availability of Packaging Material
