I hold a Master’s degree specialized in Human Resources with a diversified professional experience over 4 years in Sales and Marketing, Human Resource, and Administration with the following well reputed organizations including the Monnnoo Group, Outfitter Stores and Masood Textile Mills (MTM). While entering in my professional field I worked in Monnoo Group where I got detail knowledge of preproduction processes / Retail and deal with major clients: Bata Pakistan, Chawala & Service Shoes. I joined Outfitters (HR) and worked on Retail Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, where I and my team implemented SAP (HCM) and we are the first in implementing our module. Now I am working in MTM Retail and responsible for developing HR Retail of MTM.
Responsible for developing the overall Retail structure of MTM which includes (Policy Making, Recruitment Process, Writing JD’s, making Payroll and other task related to HR) as MTM is new in the retail business so I am responsible for both Head Office and Retail.
• Responsible for looking more than 80 outlets all over Pakistan.
• Preparing Payroll of more than 950 employees of above mention outlets.
• Issues codes, Maintains leave balance, Salaries arrears, Final settlement and other miscellaneous issues.
• To facilitate the Audit process of payroll and recruitment.
• Managing the full cycle of recruitment process for store management positions which includes sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and presenting final job offer letters.
• Ensuring the process of planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances counselling employees and managers.
• Research, develop and implement innovative policies and procedures to positively impact retail store performance, keeping in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and Retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
• Keeping track of daily attendance of retail outlets. Also analysed, interpreted and presented the results to the management.
• Managing conflict resolution, complaints and conduct investigations in order to move toward resolution.
• Coach Store Managers on delivering effective and impactful employee relations based conversations and new format which are implemented like Attendance, Leave, etc.
• Support Store Managers in the writing of all corrective action documents to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Conducting Exit Interviews and utilize information gathered from exit surveys to impact positive changes in the business.
