Technology Enabled Education and Training Project
This project is designed to achieve rapid growth of students entering and completing Primary and Secondary education in Pakistan. It creates a technology and internet enabled environment to cost efficiently multiply opportunities for delivering quality education to rural primary and Secondary level students and teachers,especially women.The project also acts as an incubator for other basic and modern services to reach areas previously inaccessible.

Develops, implements and manages project planning processes, work plans and activity schedules to meet the pre-defined project objectives.
Liaisons with government, private schools and other organizations to identify suitable project recipients.
Collaborates closely with IT, Training and Programs department to seek technical support and to plan and deliver against project objectives.
Frequently travels to field areas to monitor quality of project activities and to identify and mitigate planning and implementation gaps.
Identifies and addresses the needs of trainees with relevant training programs.
Coordinates internal and external resources to ensure optimal management and utilization of human, physical and financial resources allocated to the project.
Guides and collaborates with field staff, providing support as appropriate.

Project Coordinator ,Job Responsibilities are:
To Coordinate and oversee various projects being implemented by Ujala education Foundation in different provinces.
To ensure the Compliance with the UEF donor project agreement and and the preparation and submission of proper documentation and reports as required.
To get feedback from parents, SMC members regarding results being shared with them.
To attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
To collect the data from schools, teachers, district education officials, private schools associations, (Students’ data, Parents data, contact numbers, SMC members contacts)
To create project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders, in accordance with the requirements and at various intervals as communicated from time to time.
To complete the documentation of case studies, success stories, lessons learnt and challenges faced during the implementation of projects.
To prepare field visits reports throughout the life cycle of the project.
To communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
To write project proposals on Educational and vocational promotions and solicit funds for its implementation and organize fund raising events.
The Women Welfare Organization Poonch (WWOP) is working since 1995 for the well-being and development of Women in the rural areas of Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK).The main focus of WWOP is on economic empowerment and prosperity of Women in the region.
For this purpose WWOP is working on a project in coordination with European Union (EU) on Fostering Economic Empowerment of Women in AJK Region. The project is fully funded by European Union. In this project WWOP will work on women economic empowerment and equal participation in the work force in AJK region. In this regard WWOP conducted a need based assessment in ten district of AJK. The survey was conducted to find out four major fields in which women of AJK wanted to work (job/independent business)in Beauticians related business, Poultry Farming Business, Office Management and Computer skills and Dress Designing , After that WWOP has taken this initiative to Empower the women of AJK in Business and Entrepreneurship, that how can they run their business in the Current Market. This will help in finding a job to earn and help the others in their own area in training them with the skills and Competencies.

Major Responsibilities.
Assist in the development of short and long term plans for programs, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance
Assist in design of performance objectives and implement and monitor programming to meet desired outcomes
Develop yearly outreach plan according to program needs and capacity
Ensure database(s) maintenance which include(s) participant and prospect information and mailing list
Organize and establish meetings on regular basis with designated individuals to foster positive relationships
Supervise line staff by articulating expectations, displaying model behavior, maintaining open lines of communication and being clear about roles and relationships
Identify open positions and follow hiring and training procedures in a timely manner
