 Lead all MEP maintenance activities (routine / preventive / breakdown / corrective) for smooth functioning.
 Schedule routine inspection of plant to prevent machine downtime.
 Directly responsible for Continuous Improvement [CI] implementation using proven methodology like ‘5S’, Kaizen and Lean techniques.
 Effective trouble shooting and Root Cause Analysis to resolve recurring issues.
 Coordinate with vendors and ensure materials, supplies or equipment are readily and continuously available for workers to carry out production process.
 Handle Electrical and Mechanical breakdowns for minimum production losses.
 Responsible for MV/LV Switchgear and power distribution of Industry.
 Liaison with production team for increasing plant efficiency.
 Develop and implement maintenance reports and procedures.
 Managing projects and any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

 Swot engineering drawings, design LV switchgear assemblies/systems and associated equipments. (Form 1 to 4). Motif and coordinate electrical control and protection schemes including interfaces & interconnections for new, existing, retrofill and/or retrofit applications. Supervise maintenance & Installation activities on-floor & on-site in shutdowns. Provide technical assistance to customers & support Production & Quality Assurance teams for manufacturing excellence. Stipulate complete offer of LV switchgear to industries, residential and commercial buildings. Proficient in Load calculation, Load distribution, Load balancing, power conversions, cable selection and cable tray routing. Leading firm & managing projects single handedly including: initial quotation technical support, customer interaction/correspondence, generation of electrical BOQs, production & on-site drawing/instruction packages, Procurement of material/components, submittals, project close-out and final job cost analysis.
