•SAP-PS (Project System): Responsibilities includes Defining Projects, WBS, Networks, Internal/External/Service/ Cost Activities, Defining Relationships, Scheduling, Material Elements, Uploading BOMs, PR Creations, Maintaining budgets, Creating Project versions, Activity confirmations, Defining Measurement Methods & POC for Earned Value Management (EVM) and generating Reports.
•Provide trainings of SAP PS (Project System) Module to End Users.
•Develop and maintain integrated EPCC schedules (i.e. identifying and defining activities, sequencing activities, resource loading activities, defining durations, developing work breakdown structure (WBS) and status schedule(s).
•Develop O&M schedule for various operation & maintenance activities and shared with operation’s team for implementation.
•Develop Gant Charts, S-Curves, Burn down Charts and Tornado Diagrams for various time & cost analysis reports.
•Compile cost & schedule variance analysis reports and raise flags accordingly to line management.
•Keep proper tack of monthly look-ahead activities for timely completion of project / shutdown.
•Develop monthly/Bi-monthly project reports as per client requirements.
•Develop projects status reports for internal/external stakeholders, beefing up with dash boards, trends analysis and pictorial overview of project current health.
•Perform Earned Value Analysis and raise flags accordingly.
•Compile project closeout report after completion of project.
•Raise/ track change requests as per change in project’s scope and revise project base-line after getting approval from project sponsors.
•Prepare Cost Claims against approved change requests.
•Prepare cost claims related to Plant OPEX/CAPEX
•Prepare maintenance schedules during project’s O&M Phase
•Ensure timely ordering of spares and consumables required during plant commissioning and operations.
•Ensure timely submission of daily / weekly reports (Construction/Maintenance)
