• Part of weekly Management Committee Meeting to discuss Agendas related to organization improvement according to GMP and Export Certification, discussion about new/existing customers to retain them and provide them best of best, product developments, TQM and to discuss day to day issues.
• Lead the weekly Production Planning Meeting, where shortages, timelines and production schedules are being set according to import schedules and customers requirements.
• Deciding Minimum & Re-Order levels by keeping MOQs & Lead-time & Financial impact in mind.
• Planning to Import APIs & Excipients on ordering basis & to maintain minimum level.
• Planning to Purchase Raw-Materials & Packing Materials and when they required.
• Ensure timely arrangement of materials to meet the requirements, follow up of procurement team.
• Ensure the materials to be checked by QC to certify that materials are upto the mark. Also, follow up of QC for Vendors Qualification.
• Ensure the the primary and secondary packing to be checked by QA to certify whether the packing is standard and not below the standards are being set.
• Return /destruction of rejected materials/packing to avoid mixing and to save storage cost.
• Set the schedule and timeline to provide materials to production for their prompt working.
• Quality product timely delivery to the customer after completing stability of specific products and after Certifying by QC of all products.
• Provide customer BMR of each batch manufactured for their study and their record.
• Follow up of customers for payments.
• Lead the team to organize and to solve their issues, their training, guide them how to get out of problems and to help them out where they stuck.
