Job Description:

1. Client Services

• Provide excellent and speedy technical support to end users to facilitate normal course of work.


• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems at client terminals.


• Timely complete installations (Software & Hardware) and setting of systems to be deployed as client terminals.


• Configure Wi-Fi router, Printers and User Systems etc...


• Respond to users queries and ensure timely resolution of any other problem related to computer systems and networks.


• Responsible for CPU air blower on bi-annual basis or as per schedule change.


• Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine repair and replacement

2. Network Design and Development

• Complete networking and cabling, punching, porting and patching within the targeted time.


• Complete installation of client terminals and Servers within the targeted time.


• Analyze premises, layouts and operations to be carried at facility to determined client terminal requirements.

3. Network Security

• Responsible for update of virus definitions at Antivirus server and client system.


• Scan client terminals for potential virus threats.


• Perform routine/schedule network startup and shutdown.

4. Installations and Backups

• Install of Operating system and system software in client terminal as per user requirement.


• Responsible to take regular backups of critical data as per schedule or requirement.

5. Network Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop and network problem in minimum possible time to minimize the down time.


• Train users and members of network support team.

6. IT Documentation

• Regularly maintain documentation of Demands/approvals, Invoices, payments, Billings, warranty cards, user information and IT Scrap.


• Update the IT inventory lists and Maintain minimum inventory level.


• Place proper tagging on all IT equipment.
