Leading the multibillion USF funded project from BSS and TI end in the most difficult terrain of Balochistan
Managing the internal Telenor BSS and TI teams and assigning day to day tasks and strongly following it
Managing vendor teams and following-up on assigned activities and making sure successful completion
Effective reporting and proper coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Managing the overall equipment logistics/tracking/utilization and timely delivery to the field sites
Verification of SMR, TSS, and Work packages Approval & BOQs
Quality visits during implementation of network Nodes
Hardware Installation, Commissioning, testing for BSS (2G & 3G) equipment
Maintains accurate records with regard to installations, repairs, inspections of equipment in a timely and organized manner
Using remote terminal for troubleshooting of ZTE BSS (NetNuemen) and NEC microwave (Go-Global) equipment.
Providing 24/7 support to the field teams

Supporting neighbour departments in IT related tasks
Solving all IT queries raised by neigbouring departments
Looking after active directory user additions and deletion
Handling IT equipent on location
