• Update Environment Impact Assessment for fulfilling the Environment requirements.
• Conduct Bi annual Environment Monitoring through third party approved from NCEC.

• Compile HSE Budgets on yearly basis.

• Investigating the fire / physical incidents and accidents in detail, find their root causes and manage improvement plans for injuries and fire accidents to avoid reoccurrence.
• Conducted monthly EHS Trainings through procedures on Maintenance Safety, C-TPAT, Emergency Preparedness and response, Above Storage Tank, Spill Response Management, Chemical handling & Use of PPE’s, Hazardous Waste Management, Blood Borne Pathogen, Ergonomics, Smoke Inhalation, Lockout / Tag out, Contractor Safety Transport/ Mess/ Janitorial, Stacker Lifter Loading/ Unloading and Dengue protection.
• Participate along with external auditors such as ARAMCO and IMS, ensure their compliance requirements according to HSE, Social, Technical and recertification processes.

• Ensure compiling of Chlorine production data on daily basis by checking Container / cylinders received from customers, filling the Container / cylinders, dispatch the Container / cylinders to customers, under maintenance and reject the Container / cylinders.
• Ensure chlorine container / cylinder inspection thoroughly through team to check its effectiveness.
• Ensure Wastewater treatment plant effectively, technically / administratively resolve their issues.
• Ensure monitoring of wastewater treatment on daily basis, analyze the pH trends, checking the chemical consumption.
• Ensure tracking of third-party contractor vehicles at wastewater treatment plant for extracting the effluent of wastewater, quantifying vehicle daily trips shift wise, analyses the cost per cubic meter on daily basis.
• Maintain housekeeping at factory through cleaning team ensuring daily cleaning at roads, plant offices, bachelor’s hostels, and washrooms for assuring maximum hygiene standards.
• Ensure monitoring of vehicle log on daily basis to check the fuel consumption data.
• Ensure visual management such as safety signs, environment protection signs, chemical safety signs, Covid – 19 safety signs and dengue protection signs.
