Responsible for the Quantity and Quality of the output during different stages of production.

Ensuring Machine Clean up on regular basis.
Responsible for safe startup /shut down of the plant as per standard operating procedure.
Keep records and prepare daily, monthly and annually reports.
 Prepare estimate of production costs and production progress reports for management.
Coordinate with all other departments regarding all activities that are related to plant operation during the shift.
Motivating the under command team members.
Coordinate with maintenance department related to Preventive maintenance of machine.
Maintaining proactive coordination with HOD and Manager.
Efficient & timely handling of problems related to (Production, Store, logistics, Maintenance, Quality Control, Housekeeping & administration.)
Making production entries (Reports) in SAP Business One 8.81
Take Care of Overall Plant, Housekeeping & Safety.
Managing Operating staff and utilize them effectively to keep plant smooth and steady.
