I am working here as SQA Manager, the primary domain we are working here is CRM, my responsibilities here are: 
▪ Responsible for processes, testing methodology and all QA related documents.
▪ Lead automation efforts using Selenium open source web automation framework.
▪ Hire train and supervise SQA engineer and test automation developers.
▪ Enhanced team's performance and bug find rate by re-prioritizing team's test efforts, detailed test cases and driving regression testing automation initiatives.
▪ Analyzing requirement, discuses within QA team and assign test case development tasks.
▪ Conducting weekly meeting within team for status, discuss issues while testing and knowledge sharing.
▪ Responsible to preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases.
▪ Provide weekly QA status reports to the executive management.
▪ Supervise the team(s)/testers, allocate testing tasks and assist as needed

Currently I am working in H2Wellness(Binarytech) Lahore in Quality Assurance Department as a “Senior SQA Lead” dealing with web and mobile interactive health management systems, my responsibilities are:

• Analyzing the Requirements from the business/PM
• Attending the daily scrum meeting with USA based PM.
• Review and update all test cases for adherence to standards.
• Review samples of all test results to determine adherence to requirements.
• Analyzing the Test Cases prepared by other team members
