Noor Mustafa is basically an electronics engineer who believes in the tribe of social change makers and community amp consumer development. He has worked with engineering firms and diverted his career into INGOs (community development) sector to make a real difference in the lives of the vulnerable communities in Sindh Province of Pakistan.
