Electrical Engineer
▪ Designing and Working on Induction Heating and Melting Furnaces including electric Panels and Crucibles using Power Electronics Techniques.
▪ Analyzing Harmonics in 6 & 12 pulse converters of Induction Melting Furnaces using FLUKE Power Quality Analyzers and designing passive filters for their mitigation.
▪ Designing and assembling PCB's using Sprint Layout 6.0 software.
▪ Designing and Working on electric control Panels for Rotary Lead (pb) Smelting Furnace by using different electrical Controlling and Measuring instruments e.g; Circuit Breakers, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), Magnetic Contactors, Relays, Thermocouples, PLC's (FATEK) and HMI's.
▪ Automation of induction melting furnaces and rotary furnace by programming the PLC's (FATEK) using Ladder Logic. Remote Monitoring, Controlling and Data Acquisition using SCADA (IGNITION) system and HMI.
▪ Designing and working on CNC machines (Plasma Cutter) using Stepper Motors and Drives, Mach3, AutoCAD and LazyCAM software’s.
