Logistics Officer / Asset Controller / Vendor Data Administrator
- Vendor Data Administrator, Receving Vendor information, creating complete vendor profile with remitence, location, vendor user account in Pro Source (ERP Custom Created) and SAP Ariba Business Network. Only VDA in all of Pakistan.
- Perform minor maintenance on Pro Source in coordination with Globle Pro Source Team and Finance Department.
- Train vendors on how to create and later maintain their accounts of SAP Ariba Business Network.
- Perform Logistics duties such as receipt, storage and dispatch of assets, inventory and NFIs to and from field offices and any other loction.
- Reconciliation of all assets and inventory with Financial ledger.
- As Asset Controller monitor and track all MC assets and inventory. Maintain records / tracking sheets for all assets and inventory for multiple projects. Particularly C-19, TB, Emergency Response, Globle Fund and all other projects.
- Coordinate with IT Dept for maintenance and repair of assets that require it. Also maintain a record of all repair work.
- Due to vast experience, assist warehouse staff in their duties and activities along with Fleet Dept, Procurement Dept and Security Dept.
- Lead in disposal of old and expired assets and inventory. Maintain the record of all disposed off items.
- Perform duties in Field Office closing activities.

My career with UNHCR has been very interesting. I was hired as Resettlement Clerk, and within two months I was promoted to Resettlement EDP. After an year I was promoted to Resettlement Caseworker and then within two months I was promoted again to Sr. Resettlement Caseworker.
