Maintaining personnel files and updating manual employee record on regular basis.
Online job posting and attracting pool of potential candidates for vacancies arising in the company.
Assisting in the process of recruitment by means of screening resumes, conducting telephonic and scheduling on-board interviews.
Generating employee IDs for new inductions and updating record in HR database and in SAP and in attendance machine.
Carry out Operational activities of medical insurance cards of the employees.
Initiating requests for employee email ID, employee cards, visiting cards etc. as per need.
Calculation of regional sales incentives and maintaining the record of same on monthly basis.
Filing of payroll, resigned employee record etc. Dispatching of different letters and salary cheques to teams operating in different cities.
Dealing with HR related issues and grievances of employees arising time to time.
Issuance of letters such as; Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Permission letters, Experience letters, warning letters, Promotion/Demotion letters etc.
Any other task as assigned by Higher Management.
