• Responsibility to maintain and update the schedules of Mark-up Expenses for all finance and lease Facilities based on approved facility advising letters and agreements.
• Responsibility to coordinate with banks and financial Institutional personals to ensure complete accuracy in
computation of mark-up and others financial issues and matters.
• Responsibility to maintain detailed schedules of Repayments, Cash Finance Facilities, Money Market Facilities,
Bridge Finance Facilities and Term Finance Facilities.
• Responsibility to deal and coordinate with banks regarding financial matters such as obtaining credit facility lines
and allied issues.
• Responsibility to ensure booking of Journal Vouchers and Bank Payment Vouchers in accounting system of financial
transactions of mark-up and Repayments of Principal Amounts to financial Institutions.
• Responsibility to Coordinate with banks for Imports mainly for Opening Letter of Credit or by making payments
through T.T (Telegraphic Transfer).
• Responsibility to Fill Electronic Import Form (EIF) online on WEBOC (Web Based One Custom) for FBR and Customs
by filling goods declaration for imports and custom clearance.
• Responsibility to maintain documentation of Letter of Credit and its Costing.
• Responsibility for booking GRN’S (Good Receipt Note) in accounting system and coordination with respective site
personnel to ensure complete accuracy.
• Responsibility to make weekly Reconciliation of Store purchase account (H.O) and Head Office Purchase account
(Site) and reporting and resolving the reconciling and un-reconciling items.
• Responsibility to make cheques payments to suppliers against Purchase orders and respective Invoices.
• Responsibility to make BRS (Bank Reconciliation statement) on monthly basis to ensure complete accuracy
between bank statements and bank books.
• Responsibility to update Banks position on daily basis
• Maintaining the accounts & booked transactions of our Client Companies in UK & Other countries
• Updated the banks accounts on Quick Books with Bank Statements of our Client on daily basis
• Communicated with our London & Edinburgh’s office on day to day transactions and issues
