o Build strong formal relation with community group to win their confindence for working with them as partner. o To initiate the sansitization and realization process at the Mohalla/UC level in the villages. o Organize collective community meetings insuring the representation of at least 80% households of the village to discuss the formation of the community organization. o Facilated the community members in formation of their organization. o Conduct particpitory rural appraisal (PRA) in villages to inhance awareness of the community on available re-sources, its utilization, social trends, event occurences etc and use the PRA in village planning. o Conduct the regular meetings with the office bearers and members of the community organization on development their villages. o Facilated the CO in preparing the village development plans (VDPs). o Sansitize the CO members for saving and its best possible utilization. o Facilated the CO for building working relation with the government line agencies to access and improve the government services. o Sansitize and educate the CO self help initiatives. o Impart and organize training for the CO on record keeping social organization saving and communication. o Facilated the CO registration of their organization with social welfare department. o Facilated the CO in preparing CNICs. o Assist CO in resolving the conflicts if arisen. o Documents the social organization process and its outcomes. o Maintain daily diaries and field visits reports. o Keep close liaison with the government line egencies present at the village and UC level. o Any other task assigned by the supervisor according project specific needs.
