Provide Front desk reception duties for the office, which includes handling of all phone calls and manage customers timely and professionally

Handling of petty cash, company expenses and employee bonus plan
Managing company’s accounts related issues
Creation of bills/invoices and mailing them out
Handling communication with clients for payment on time
Creation and handing over of salary slips and payments of the same to employees/laborers
Miscellaneous Administrative and HR related activities as required by the Company
