Design Team Lead
Serving as Team Lead whose major responsibilities are to manage client communication, to manage team of designers and front-end developers and provide support to cross teams. The activities under this umbrella included research, personas, requirement gathering, mock-ups and wireframes, design branding and campaigns for print media, design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, compose style-guides, UI development, converting design compositions (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks) in UI components using HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SASS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, JQuery UI, kendo UI and Fuel UX. Developed responsive, cross-browser, cross-platform and SEO optimized web solutions.
Utilized development tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Netbeans, and eclipse. Developed boiler plates for rapid development using node.js, handlerbars.js, underscore.js, less.js, Ruby gems for SASS and grunt.js for compiling.
