I have hands on experience in imparting capacity build trainings and coordination, Planning, implementation & management, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, organizing communities, sensitization about gender issues, writing case studies, linkages development and report writing.

Develop Project related M&E tools with the help of Senior Program Manager
Field test M & E tools with staff and modify as necessary with close coordination of Senior Program Manager
Conduct regular visit to field and assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly report to donors
Develop and ensure maintenance of information tracking systems (tracking sheets or databases) for indicators
Develop and ensure adherence to a detailed implementation plan for M&E activities
Develop a Performance Indicator Tracking Table and use regularly with project staff to examine progress towards objectives
Develop midterm review and final evaluation methodology, and assist with or lead project evaluations

Manage IRC’s Hotline numbers, receive calls, log these in Feedback Registry and coordinate with supervisor for further actions on feedbacks.

Ensure timely assistance and referrals are provided to survivors and program participants in a safe place adhering to GBV guiding principles.
Oversee selection and training of mentors and implementation of life skills program for adolescent girls.
Collaborate with and inform the Project Officer about all operational issues, staffing, resources, and program needs.
Ensure compliance with PAIMAN policies and GBV guiding principles.
Ensure appropriate case management for child survivors of GBV.
Initiate, oversee and ensure proper use of the referral pathway and assist survivors in accessing legal, health and other services.
Set up and maintain beneficiary files and ensure all required documentation in individual case files is completed in a timely manner and according to confidentiality guidelines and PAIMAN standards.
Perform document review for completeness, accuracy, and clarity of documentation submitted by case managers.
Maintain accurate records of all field and program activities undertaken.
Participate in the development of the psychosocial wellbeing baseline assessment tool, GBV information materials and case management resources, and support their implementation.
