I have been working in AKRSP From 1987 to present. Worked as a vocational instructor in Social Welfare Department for three years. Formation of Institutions (V/WOs/LSOs), identification, coordinator and implementers of Poverty projects, overall management of FMU as an acting Manager, Gender and Development Manager, developed linkages with VBIs, LSOs, NGOs, and other Civil Society Organizations with service providers and Government Departments. Performed as a trainer in various trainings such as Accounts, Leadership, Resource Mobiliation and Gender etc, for communities, NGO and staff .
