Study and technical review of Structural and Architectural drawings prior to execution at Site.
Pre-Inspection and Final Inspection of all systems such as Steel Work, Formwork, etc  before carrying out activity at the site.
Conducted on-site observations of construction in progress and produced site visit reports.
Manage, supervise and monitor the progress and quality of all construction activities. 
Complete coordination with Client and Consultant and ensure that daily check requests with complete attachments are submitted to their office on time. 
Inspect all pre-requisites arrangements at Batching Plant prior to Concreting to ensure that all QC requirements have been fulfilled. 
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule and Estimation of Quantities. 
Prepare and update daily work progress report.
Checking of Sub-contractors’ Bills, Verification IPCs, etc.
Maintain close liaison with the technical staff to resolve the issues on a priority basis. 

1. Assist senior Project Manager in Management of Construction Site Activities./li
2. Responsible for execution of activities as per standards and specifications.
3. Managing complete resources required for the execution of work.
4. Prepare and update the progress report of the project.
5. Prepare and update work schedule plan, procurement plan along with monitoring and tracking of activities on Primavera P6.
6. Attend meetings with the Client related to the progress of the Project.
7. Monitor works of Subcontractor and highlights those risk areas that may cause a delay in the progress of project and Quality of Construction.
8. Verify Subcontractors and petty Contractors bills.
9. prepare Bar Bending schedules and assist QS in preparation of BOQs.

2. Managing  Activities related to Construction Bridges, Buildings and Roads etc as per standards and specifications.
3. Monitor works of Sub contractors and highlighted those areas that may harm quality of work.
4. Liaison with client and Consultant staff regarding Quality of work being executed at site. 
5. Verify bills of Sub contractors and petty contractors.
6. Prepare and update Daily progress report.
7. Prepare detailed Work Schedule Plan, Procurement plan on Primavera P6 along with complete documentation controlling.
