Recruitment/New Hire Process

Managing end-to-end Recruitment-TAT (Advertising of vacancy, candidate sourcing, behavioral interviews, salary negotiation, orientation)

Overall Payroll Management by organizing and controlling the complete HR payroll cycle on monthly basis.
Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
Handled employee terminations - final paycheck calculation and processing, along with exit interview

Other

Coordinate training sessions & Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Design, review and implement policies and SOPs & act as a consultant to the staff regarding policies and procedures.
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
