• Responsible for recruitment of human resources that will be working for off shore managers based mainly in UK, US & Canada.
• Manage sourcing of candidates using a variety of tools and techniques; including, referral programs, 3rd party job boards, direct recruiting efforts, such as targeted career events and leveraging social media including LinkedIn. As a result, 95% of total hires were external candidates.

• Recruitment for a variety of positions related to Information Technology including: Project Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, Network Engineers, Database developer/Architects and Quality Assurance.
• Responsible for creation of Job postings and on-boarding of new hires along with their orientation
• Scheduling of interviews, meetings and events.
• Representative of Contour Software at Job Fairs & Recruitment Drives.
• General Recruitment & Technical recruitment (eg PHP Developer, SEO, SME, Graphic Designer, Web Developer)
• Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments
• Issuing appointment letter, collection of documents, requisition of laptops and ID for the new induction.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination/resignation.
• Arrange birthday of employees and entertainment activities.
• Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department. Worked with Human Resource Management Systems and assist in developing Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Runs and update payroll information through HRMS for around 250 employees; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests regarding salaries to employee.
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Administrative duties such as creating and maintaining student files and insurance benefit folders, and assembly of hostel benefit packages.
Maintain a satisfied level of service to all students, whether it was just help them out or finding a solution to their problem.
Preparing materials for orientation, conducting orientation.
Arranges different activities and events for students.
Coordinates application process for awards, scholarships, fellowships and insurance.
Informs students in relation to their files. Ensures the application of academic regulations and deadlines. According to the needs of the unit, prepares residency rotation and other student activity schedules, contacting the necessary officials to coordinate and verify placement.
