• Management of whole Electrical/ Electronics Department as a Asst Team Leader.
• Preventive and Preductive maintenance of ,Jig System ,IMV Machine ,IMV COROLLA,
Welding Transformer ,Spot Welding Transformer Gun,
• Mechanical Knowledge and Troubleshooting of Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
• Selection of Electrical material, Level and Joints.
• Earth Making, checking and maintenance.
• Load Calculation & Distribution, Power Factor Panel Installation and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting, Installation and Parameter setting of VFDs, TOYOPUK PlC
Mitsubishi plc.
• Work on , Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Toshiba VFDs.
• Maintain L.V Panel L.V & P.F Circuit Breaker install cottage fuse

Costing and Saving

To traced the faults in Electrical Panel Machine.

Log book maintain.

To repair and maintenance all type of Electrical switchgear
Automaticmanual control system, boiler, 3-phase motor, DC motor
Hoist etc.

Troubleshooting of machineries

Responsible for lighting electrification

LT panel, Power cable, , PF panel ,MCCB panel.
Installation of DC drives inverter, switch gear and electrical wiring.

PLC programming editting.

Installation of PLC, VFD, Servo, HMI, Temperature controller

Troubleshooting of PLC and VFD on Sites.

Work on ,OMRON, Mitsubishi, Siemens, Danfoss, and Toshiba VFDs.

Works and Knowledge

Work on Switch gear, PLC, WLC, Inverters, DC Drives Controllers,

Transformers, Panel Wiring, Motors, Industrial Controlling Circuit,

PCB, Hoist, Troubleshooting, Automation and Industrial Calculation.
