Proposing and implementing Communication and PR initiatives, handling Government affairs, key stakeholder engagement, crisis management, and leading a large CSR portfolio worth millions of dollars throughout Pakistan. Plus, ensuring that Bahria town’s communications objectives are met.
· Acting as the Focal Person in the Communication team; aligning with other relevant organizations in the assigned region to ensure consistent activation against the business's strategic direction, operational activities, and priorities.
· Assisting Executive Director Bahria Town (Lahore Projects) in day-to-day tasks and events.
· Developing and executing proactive plans and communications strategies for a strong corporate and employer brand and image.
· Developing and maintaining further strengthening ties with allied groups and opinion leaders within the industry and the corporate sector.
· Identifying legislative and regulatory opportunities and threats by developing and maintaining networks and strong rapport with government offices and policymakers, also developing synergies, and direct lobbying on behalf of the organization.
· Defining the communication strategy, plan, and budget for the region, and market companies through guidance and agreement of the Communications Operations Leader and the Managing Director.
· Ensuring a consistent, coordinated approach to Market Company communications, in line with regional communications strategy and priorities, appropriately tailored for Market Company requirements.
· Managing relationships with the selected network resources, such as the country’s leading agencies, etc.
· Selecting and managing communication channel strategies that most effectively deliver against the defined communications objectives.
· Planning and implementing protocol SOPs for high-level delegations and visiting dignitaries including route cordon-off during the visit, meeting with organizational heads, route security clearance, arrangements for boarding and lodging, and high-level lunches/dinners.
· Crisis management of company/Region level issues.
Responsible for day to day operations of the agency, client services, strategic planning, implementation & execution. Also developing Public Relations and Digital communications strategies, plans and campaigns. Leading a professional team of 10, with focusing on increasing the agency business in terms of revenues.
