Receive and issue Material in the ERP system. Coordinating with Site Stores and main Store Maintain Soft copy record using and hard copy archiving. Receiving monthly Inventory from the Site. Store & and reconcile with the system to Support Accor.
Carrying out or supervising all maintenance logistics activities in the base (vehicles, fuel consumption, and local infrastructure) according to MSF standards and protocols in order to have the material, infrastructure and vehicles in optimal running conditions.
Planning vehicles movements, tracking individual trips, and ensuring implementation of security measures
Tracking consumption of supplies, fuel, lubricants, used in different facilities (office, house, store, etc.).
Checking the maintenance of the various open spaces (gardens, courtyards...) and ensuring that domestic waste is correctly discarded
Checking and ensuring the maintenance of MSF premises and facilities, as well as the general water supply, electrical, walls, ceilings ect. and security conditions. In this sense, making inspection visits to assess the rehabilitation needs of facilities.
Performing maintenance of logistics equipment for cold chain, energy, IT and radio communications, in particular:
Inventories and the reallocation of equipment.
Renewing the authorization to use radio material with local authorities.
Checking the quality of the work carried out on generators and electrical installations.
Preparing orders for his sector activity, do the follow-up, and checking their proper reception and state.
Carrying out local purchases and ensuring that the line manager is aware of any problems linked to the quality or availability of the items to be purchased.
Participating in trainings at the request of the line manager
The Administrative Officer at PSG is responsible to oversee all administrative and logical activities of the boarding school; ensure the compliance of School with governing rules – including:
o HR: Recruitment, Staff development, Pay roll management, Performance management, Administrative Management, travel accommodation.
o Finance: managing departmental budget, monitoring expenses and financial reporting.
o Facility Management: maintenance of all buildings, equipments.
o People Management: Direct Supervision of 67 staff: including (Store Officer, Sub-Engineers (Civil & Elec), Assistant Librarian, Office Assistant, Lab Assistants, Admin Clerk / Computer Operators, Telephone Operator, Office & Hostel Attendants, Drivers, Gardeners, Security Guards, Head Cook and Sanitary Workers.
Networking: Ensuring contact with external partners/stake holders to stay informed on policy procedures of the School.
Liaison with local stakeholders, authorities and service providers to school promotional activities, human resources and legal issues.
Responsible for managing the project administration and logistics activities.
Supporting in recruitment, payroll and other L&D related matters.
Admin and travel related: supporting staff with booking travels, accommodation, perdiems and others.
Setting up of supply administration and related supply procedures.
Managing project’s fleet at project site C hachro, Tharparker desert, (fleet of Ten 4x4 vehicle).
Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
Provide staff orientations
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.

Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
