As a personal banking officer i was busy im sales targets but in free time i had to cover some operational tasks too whicg boosted my knowledge plus energy.
Internship
I was assigned different tasks specially related to management. I supervised the branch in the absence of BM. Customer dealing was main target. In addition to customer record maintenance i was also maintaining different records of check books, atm cards and credit cards. I did a piece of work of sales too.
Internee
In wapda i was sent to different departments to learn and observe their working. However, i was indulged in accounts maintaining department and observe the heirarchy of involvement of their people in account formation. Although it was best experience.
