Major Responsibilities
1. Working on Ms – Office 2003 & Advance 2013.
2. Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine level and up to date record.
3. Operate spreadsheet programs and other of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports.
4. Perform maintenance tasks such as checking for viruses, Pc`s trouble shooting, backing up data, upgrading
software, and other basic maintenance.
5. Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing
data.
