Currently working as Senior Assistant Manager at Din Gardens Faisalabad where I'm overseeing dealer network, customer care and recovery matters.Din Gardens is a project by Din Industries pvt.Ltd. after their successful venture in Chiniot, Din Group is now offering state of the art housing project in Faisalabad at Canal Express Way.

At Omega my J.D included client dealing, customer care, record keeping and supervising call centre for new queries and recovery matters.

Started as an internee and then after six months got hired in sales department.Learnt a great deal about real estate from bottom to top level. How horizontal real estate is different than vertical and the importance of vertical real estate in the upcoming future.How to conduct meetings with clients, follow-ups, pursue new leads, cold calling etc in order to increase sales conversion. 

I always had a nag for automobile sector, due to post covid effects unfortunately it was quite difficult to secure a permanent job so when I had the opportunity to gain some experience, I went with it. I gained a significant amount of experience by interacting with clients and my manager Mr. Rashid taught me a lot about delivering a sales pitch and how to close a deal. Although there was not much work due to the post covid effect and the economy was struggling as well but atleast I was gaining something.
