My professional duties are:

 Finalization of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and full yearly financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
 Maintenance of General Ledger (GL), Accounts payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA) and Inventory.
 Financial statement analysis.
 Verification of local and export sales with invoices before shipment along with contracts, letter of credit,
Packing lists and other supporting documents.
 Verification of Imports with invoives, duty charge, agent and bank charges and L/C timely payment as it is due.
 Finalization the monthly, half yearly and annual management accounts in compliance with IFRS.
 Budgeting and planning.
 Preparing overall master budget that contain sales, production, expense and cash budget.
 Preparing quarterly forecast of cash flows.
 Fine tune master budget after taking into account different financial factors.
 Having knowledge of following accounting softwares
 Tally.
 Peachtree.
 Quickbook.
