• Maintaining current HR files and databases.
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
• Providing guidance to the new employees for the opening of their Bank Accounts
• Assisting in Orientation of new employees and collection of all their documents for personal files.
• Making and distribution of all employee’s ID cards.
• Maintaining the lists of employees for the addition in Jubilee Insurance.
• Assisting in maintaining record of employees regarding Health Insurance.
• Preparation of Jubilee Claims and maintain record of these claims.
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Supporting senior members of the HR team regarding staff training & development.
• Ensure proper file management of generic staff by coordinating with other members of the HR team.
• Assisting senior members of the HR team in representing HR during internal/external audits.
• Supporting in managing staff's attendance, monthly payroll etc.
• Assist in managing/ coordinating activities related to staff contracts, training need assessments, subsequent trainings, performance evaluation, and handing/taking over procedures etc.
• Managing day to day activities of the department.
• Provide adequate guidance to the staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Execute any other task assigned by the Senior Management of Human Resource.
