·        Posting positions to appropriate Internet sources and Social Media, liaising with agencies, universities and technical recruiters and developing positive relationships with community leaders, customers, co-workers, employees, and candidates to help increase applicant pools.

·        Specialize in preparing Payroll of 750 Employees on (Excel & HCM).
·        Prepare and update the grading structure as per need of the company.
·        Preparation and Submission of contribution to EOBI, and PESSI.
·        Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and co-ordination it with other line managers.
·        Monitor the department strength and excess pool.
·        Issue appointment letters, joining reports, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters, Vehicle authorization letters and vehicle agreement, termination letters, letter of thanks, visa invitation letters and letters from chamber of commerce, salary certificates, clearance forms, handing over taking over forms.
·        To prepare final settlement for the employees who left.
·        Visit school on semi-annually basis to sponsor students according to our company budget.
·        Participate on job fairs time to time on behalf of the company.
·        Circulate birthday mail and notify all the staff regarding the Holidays, trainings or special events organized by the company.
·        Deals with employee issues, misconduct, grievances. Investigate properly and make a correct decision.
·        Assist in properly implementation of new software and coordinate with the developers, in case of any discrepancy.
·        Coordinate with the auditors during audit especially with (SEDEX & SGP etc.) according to the requirement.
·        Health and Safety Knowledge.
·        Ensure Admin efficiency, Proper Procedures , Implementations of  Admin Policies & morale of employees.
·        Responsible for communicating with clients, outside vendors & Staff members on behalf of employer.
·        Assign responsibilities to Admin Staff& Ensure the facilities are equipped with supplies & SVES Needed.
·        Swat Analysis
·        Also Schedules & oversee Svcs & Maintain provided to the facility from contractors.
