o Target achievement & Implementation of agreed Business plans
o Prompt and timely response to regional reporting requirements and feedback on competitor activities
o Making & analyzing distributors P&L Statement, Expiry wise stock reports, Abnormality & fixation report month wise
o Ensuring effective controls at distribution setup in terms of GWP (Stacking, Housekeeping, Pest Management, FIFO, Warehouse Design, Storage Conditions, Tractability, Handling of Bad Goods), FMR, TTS spending & coverage
o Implementation of the proper procedures of handling, transportation and storage conditions in order to maintain the quality up to the point when they reach the consumer & control on transit losses, store losses, & Market losses.
o Continuous development of sales team and training them in good business practices
o Close coordination with sale promotion for successful implementation of BTL activities
