Initiate, pursue and attend legal proceedings as required by the and Company i.e., prepare writs, defenses, submissions and other pleadings in Criminal & Corporate cases both “for and against” the valued clients.
Research and prepare legal opinions on various Criminal, Civil, Services & Corporate matters including copyrights, Trademarks & Patents for compensation for the Company / valued clients.
Prepare, file and plead cases in the Courts of Law including Honorable High Court, Lahore and its Benches at Multan, Rawalpindi and Bahawalpur.
To research and submit concerned judgments to the Management of the Law Associates.
Interact with Law Firms/Advocate for legal counseling on legal matters of the Associate.
Advise on legal, governance, accounting and tax implications of any proposed policies, procedures, agreements etc.
Provide legal opinion to the Associate on matters that are contractual in nature. Formulation of Agreements and Contracts where required.
Assist the Associates to have sufficient legal coverage which shall mitigate the risk of legal implication in the court of law.
