概要

Currently working with Samrah Enterprises as senior account officer, Assistant operations manager from 07 Sep, 2017 till date.

Maintain accounts payable log and input data as it is received to keep up-to-date records of incoming payment.

Reconciliation of accounts -monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities to maintain accounts receivables.

Administers and processes all Petty Cash ,Maintains the Petty Cash float ,Prepares Reimbursement Claims on a weekly basis , Receives, issue receipts and deposits all bank cheques collected from external and internal clients

Prepares vouchers related to various revenues and expenses using sap.

Conduct internal audit of inventory, invoices, incoming payments, outgoing payments and bank reconciliation on monthly basis.

Assists Sales team regarding ordering, returns   and to Improve sales.

Discuss ordering issues with sales team such as available stocks , slow moving articles, seasonal article , promotions , short expiry  and seasonal articles.

Prepare monthly sales reports, return report, slow moving articles details (area wise, product wise) and discuss reports with relevant person.

Prepare required stock demand in accordance with sales, stores and Food service customer’s consumption.

Perform duties using sap for invoicing , payments.  Use all the available information for preparation of reports and compare all reports.
