As a Compliance Officer my duties are to open account of clients and doing due diligence verifying and cross checking documents of clients and doing AML screening quarterly monthly submitting quarterly monthly reports as proposed by our regulators.

As a Policy Administration Officer my job is in unit Revival to  process and call requirements of all the policies for which customer has applied in Insurance conventionan and takkaful in JLI 's software ISF conventional and Takkaful and to process the Declaration of health and Occupation DHO and Reinstatement form (RF)  in ISF upload that  documents DHO RF form in JLI 'S software customer relationship Management (CRM) for the acknowledgement of customers and receiving the cheques and submitting it to Finance department and sending it's Provisional receipt to customers for it's acknowledgement and sending the Revival Letters to the customer for their acknowledgement.

Having two years experience as an Auto loan representative as an auto loan representative my responsibilities were to resolve the physical files that came from region and resolve the discrepancies by coordinating with region and make it approve from credit investigation unit (CIU)  department i have worked fully on MS-Excel and having a strong skills on MS-OFFICE as a whole as well.And i coordinated to my manager and send him the total list of Reject review Unit files which remains unresolved and which were resolved and FORWARDED to CIU department for approval.
