Community sensitization on the program objectives and methods to stimulate & eventually promote the understanding and participation of the target population. Community sensitization starts at village- and Community-leader levels and eventually extends to the entire population.
Establishment of community outreach setup at each union council through selection of community volunteers.
Community mobilization and beneficiary screening and follow up.
Establish linked and meetings with the Community leaders and different group existing in the working area.
Work with community members to map and prioritize community needs
Identify and organize appropriate capacity building, and technical resources to support project implementation

Provide filing, printing, scanning and other automation support to district staff. 
Assist M&E team in data collection and reporting evidences against the activities completed at district level to provincial office.
Assist to perform data reviews, cleaning and apply validation and triangulation checks for reporting data.
Support in logistics of field data collection tools and manage log of all incoming data. 
Help M&E Coordinator/Officer to cross-check evidences and other means of verification for the progress reported in monthly and quarterly reports.
Organize all data evidences for activities completed at field level of their districts. 
Help to prepare various data summaries and perform data entry of feedback forms for various trainings/orientations completed at district level.
Assist School Support Associates (SSA) to upload information on M&E Information System.
Provide support to arrange in-house orientation to district staff on upcoming data collection surveys and studies.
Any other task assigned by the M&E team. 

Provide orientation and training to community, paraprofessional teachers, government teachers on related to ECCE project including school health and nutrition, teacher training, SMC training, distribution of teaching and learning materials, etc.
Conduct trainings, support and monitoring visits for SHN, Teachers Training and SMC/PTC revitalization and other program activities.
Facilitate district education staff and school teachers in all aspects for jointly implement ECCE project.
Train PTC/SMC school management and leadership.
Closely coordination with Education department for implementation of activities in schools Encourage and participate in development of child protection training and health education.
Regular school visits and provide technical support and demonstration on teaching methodologies, conducting literacy activities Reporting of project events Work with team to regularly enter data into databases
Responsibility to ensure the effective implementation of community outreach activities in the field.
Develop micro plan of community outreach activities and submit on monthly basis.
Support to the Community Learning Worker (CLW) during Parenting session at community level.
Establishment of strong referral mechanism between community to line department and follow up.
Provide technical support to CLW on mobilization, follow up visits through follow up trainings and on job coaching and supportive supervision

Supervises the implementation of SC Child Protection activities at Union Councils’ level ensuring appropriate coordination with other sectors
Supervises the Community Mobilizers in Child Friendly Space locations by visiting Child Friendly Spaces on a regular basis, ensuring that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner
Is responsible for the proper design and monitoring of CFS, monitoring of equipment and identification/follow up of at-risk children within and outside the CFS
Supports CP trainers and provides training for Community Mobilizers and CFS supervisors
Assists Community Mobilizers and CFS Supervisors in solving problems arising in the Child Friendly Spaces
Assists the CP Coordinator in the establishment of a comprehensive referral system for vulnerable children

Assist in organizing community session at village level and conduct meeting with them on the project implementation process and ensure their participation and 10 percent contribution in reconstruction work.
Assist in designing, planning and conducting capacity building workshops on SDP for Teachers, SRCs and HTs of the project school.
Assist MIED team in improvement of physical infrastructure in project school through community participation.
Develop joy full learning materials to utilize in training sessions as well as in classroom.
.Draft relevant case studies on the basis of your learning about the relevant stakeholders,
Regular visits to the schools for mentoring the teachers and class room observation 
Organize the PTCs and community meetings

Attend TOT meant for the master trainers to build their capacities in life skills training methodologies and sessions delivery
Conduct training for 5 boys children groups in targeted village as per module developed by WV Pakistan using the methodology learnt through TOT
The trainer will encourage the children to actively participate in the training and will create a positive learning environment.
The training sessions will be conducted by the master trainer in local language for the understanding and convenience of the children group.
The trainer will work out a follow up mechanism to measure the performance of the trainees.

Major Responsibilities: The School Support Associate will: · Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
Assist District Program Manager in managing administrative and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district. ·
Assist District Program Manager in developing monthly cash projection against program activities, disbursement of project beneficiary allowances, district based procurement (as and where needed) and maintaining update financial and compliance records/matters.
Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field.
In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the district office accordingly.
Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quality
Assist the district, provincial and national offices in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
