My responsibilities are:
 Smooth Execution of ULTRA at Distribution level.
 Troubleshooting errors, bugs in ULTRA.
 Testing & Implement Update of ULTRA with new releases & enhancements.
 Implement ULTRA in Afghanistan at two customers.
 Reporting Region & Head office with multiple Tasks.
 Timely reporting of daily & weekly (CSV & NDB) files to head office.
 To discuss & Train Territory Manager(TM)/ Supervisors to improve business / sales by using Ultra.
 Maintain bridge between Customers and Management of UPL
 To ensure proper reporting from Distributors to UPL management.

• Implementation of the System (ULTRA)
Ultra (Unilever Trade Resource Automation) is a project to harmonize the Trade and Sale Activities all over Pakistan, project ULTRA was conceived by Unilever Pakistan Limited. I have implemented ULTRA at fifteen Distributions in NORTH Zone & Train KPO’s, DSR, and Business Manager & Distributors about ULTRA.

• Software Support
 To provide proper solution towards the different errors and queries regarding ULTRA
 To ensure Proper usage of HHT in Market
 To ensure proper Usage of DSR / Productivity Reports and other MIS Reports at Distributor level.
 To ensure Usage of DSR Statement for cash deposit purpose.
 To ensure proper Claim Generation through ULTRA.
 To ensure proper entry of Targets in system.
Providing support & reporting to TM, Area Managers, ROM and RSM through Business Objects (BO), Qlik View.


Achievements
 Implementation of Redistribution module & proper execution of this module at all Customers.
 Implementation of U2K2 Data Conversion at distributor level before the deadline date.
 Certificate from V.P for excellent contribution in Pre-go-live, Post-go-live & U2K2 ULTRA rollout.
 Certificate of Best KPO in 2009.
 Manage Afghanistan ULTRA and also trained KPOs and solve their issues about ULTRA.
