My motivation is my biggest strength. I am not afraid of failures but rather i take it as a lesson and try not to repeat the same mistake. Each failure teaches you a new lesson and i am a firm believer of that statement.
I joined K-Electric in Feb 2017 and within a month after joining K-Electric in Business Finance Risk Management, i was assigned a project to look after the cash process. In that project i first took an understanding of the process and then identified the major risk connected with that process. Those risk directly had an impact on the revenue of K-Electric.
I presented that report to my General Manager (Compliance) after a month and my work was applauded by him. Currently i am assisting my Assistant Manager on another project in which we are looking after the industry billing. Industry comprises of about 60-70 revenue of K-Electric.
