Executive Summary: The main purpose of doing business project is to get maximum ideas and knowledge related to the business world. The other aim is to fulfill the requirement imposed by the HEC for the degree of B.com (Hons). For our business project we have selected a service business named as "The Doctor`s APP". The specification of the business are it is a facility for the technology users that they can get all the detail of doctors (Specification, timing, appointment fees, location) at once it is also a great opportunity for the doctors to promote their business through our app . The Doctors APP is available in the Mobile app stores all the desired clients can access to it. The business plan was generated by Gohar Zafar who is also owner of The Doctor`s App. Initially the dimension of the business are limited we have decided to target a single city of the country which is Sialkot, Punjab Pakistan. For the better forecast of our business demand we have meetings with many clients and other medium used for the forecasting is questionnaire. The response of the respondent was good enough for us to predict the volume and demand our business. That business project present a complete picture of the service business especially it briefly describe our business. It include sales forecasting, startup expenses, 5 year income statement, Balance sheet and breakeven point. It also include some analysis which illustrates our Strength, weakness, and opportunities, threats for the business. It also includes the internal external profile matrix which illustrates the key factors of the success. In the end it was a great learning opportunity for us. We have tried our best and presented all the things as per the best of our knowledge. After the completion of the project we have come to know the technicalities and skills required to start a business. That was a good experience to work with some professional persons and we are hopeful that experience will contribute a lot in the
