Mainly responsible for the Site Administrator at Saudi Aramco BERRI GAS / SADARA DOW Projects.
Supervise general administration and managing task independently.
Participating weekly management meeting and update management regarding site activities
Email Correspondence with client
Collaborating with different departments and helping contractors run projects smoothly
Mobilize / demobilize manpower & equipment for the project.
Preparing schedule for staff and workers pick & drop from different camps to project site.
Monitor all vehicle assign for project and maintenance.
Prepare documents for employees Site IDs and submit to the concerned authorities.
Collect Site IDs maintain record and issue to the employees.
Preparation of gate passes for vehicles and materials.
Prepare Weekly & Monthly Site Activities Report and submit to the Head Office.
Arrange safety (HSE) induction for employees before mobilization at site.
Monitor and maintain employee's safety passport.
Responsible arrangement of employee's training scheduled by the Head office.
Ensure implementation of company policy at the project site
Maintain petty cash for petty purchases of the project.
Handling various projects in Oil, Gas and Refinery, Petrochemical Plant industry. Undertake general administrative duties including:Â
Issuance of IDs/ Vehicles Stickers /Temporary Gate passes, in order to mobilization of Engineers/ Skilled worker & Helpers at different onshore sites.
Handle/Manage ARAMCO Portal.
Performing basic administrative functions such as external/internal Email correspondence, faxing, coping, and completing forms / requests and filing.
Participating actively in conducting assessment and identifying/evaluating requirements, operational compliance prior to the commencement of a project
Conducting Safety Orientations Training Program for internal/ external manpower’s & Engineers
Issuance of Work Permit Receiver /Fire Watch/Stand By man/ Certificates for internal Skilled Workers
Assist the project controller in terms of preparing project documents and reports
Responsibilities included:
Expertise on Siebel Application and AVAYA stations.
Expertise on CRM system.
Solving up customer queries on calls.
Helping agents in operating Siebel Application and solving up errors.
Meeting daily targets in customer service with quality
Up sell Value added services to the customers
