My self Farhan Sharif and i have mostly experience in Administration Field. Moreover, Firstly I was working in Pakistan Environmental Protection Foundation as a Accountant for One Year. Secondly I was worked as a Accountant in Zong Franchise in Jawad Tower University Road Peshawar For Ten Months. Currently I am working with Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP) from March 28, 2011 upto date. So, I have mentioned all my job related experience to you sir. Ø Assists and manage all administrative and logistical arrangements for
Internal and external Meetings, workshops and conferences
Ø Maintain Staff list up to date and maintains leave records of all staff members.
Ø Assists in inviting quotations and making comparison statements for various offices needed procurements
Ø Maintains a proper filing system and an adequate inventory of office supplies.
Ø Dealing with all venders of SRSP
Ø Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all official visitors
Ø Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages Have experience of internal coding of assets and record keeping of inventory
Ø Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment
Ø Preparations of fuel bills of vehicles and preparation of payment according to working days.
Ø To check & balance vehicles fueling.
Ø Maintenance of vehicles.
Ø Physically outstanding checking.
Ø Handling Petty Cash.
Ø Ensure provision of utility services in office like electricity gas water telephone fax internet etc and ensures continued supply without interruption
Ø Negotiates service agreements with vendors.
Ø Maintenance attendances leave record time record of staff and ensure that office discipline is maintained.
Ø Ensure the timely provision/supply of stock and reimbursement of funds to the offices.
Ø Checks security arrangements of office premises and ensures safety of office and staff.
