Joining as a Branch Manager and promoted as a Senior Sales Manager ( Central & North)
Managing all operational activities of new store opening and existing stores renovation work. 
Responsible for sustainable, improvement and growth of the product line.
Product Market and understands market trends.
Evaluate past data and prepare periodic report for estimation of product performance and alignment of seasonal performance with plan.
Work closely with marketing, E-Commerce and sourcing to deliver on set objectives.
Research and Creates a positive work environment in stores, which result in high customer retention. 
Work with store managers to ensure consistent communication concerning the training and development of each store team members. 
Actively coach and counsel store manager with training and selling techniques to reach their fullest potential, maximize performance and gain promotion to the next level. Achievement in KPIs like conversion, UPT, ATV, Cross selling on daily basis. 
Ensure that all company policies, operations are thoroughly understood and implemented by store managers. 
Perform detailed store audits to identify and control shortage.
Controlling stores operational expense.
Improvement in visual merchandising and branch ambience.
Continuous sales analysis and growth of brand’s all product categories.
Have proper communication with marketing department regarding market analysis, product selling and customer feedback.    
Proper communication with distribution department for cross selling and on time availability of all products in each branch.
Retail software skills in AX-Dynamics and G-Tech.
