Lead Implementation, Training and development of Quality Systems (HACCP, IPM, Sanitation, GHP’s, GLP’s,
GMP's, Internal Audits, and Supplier Quality Audits etc.)

Internal & External audits non-conformities and regulatory non-compliances).

Leading a Business research & development from idea generation, formulation, material sourcing, process
validation, trouble shooting, bench marking, scale-up, Robust Recipe development, Custodian of Codex Foods
standards, and improvement in existing product.
Lead and execute the R&D function in the development & formulation of Ingredients, Packaging material,
Nutrition Labeling, product formulation, Marketing aspects, cost calculation and energy optimization, Trouble
shooting, developing documentation of processing, recipes, finish goods and alternate resources.
To achieve KPI’s including cost targets, efficiencies; delivery targets with given quality and food safety
parameters.
Review and lead the implementations of corrections and corrective actions for complaints, process related non-
conformities, improvements and recalls/ withdrawals.
Conducting at lab scale prototype and plant scale new product trials (Juice, UHT Milk, UHT Cream, Flavored Milk,
Tea Whitener, and Cheddar Cheese, Mozzarella & Butter) with accurate result.
Responsible to maintain record of Shelf life study of plant scale trials.
Development and implementation of SOPs and Test Methods of raw materials, Packaging material and
consumable items.
Weekly Competitor Product analysis of Tea Whitener, UHT Plain Milk, UHT Cream, pasteurized milk, flavored
milk, Butter, Cheese and drinks.
Resolve technical issues and complaints related to product and packaging performance.
Improvement projects in order to improve efficiencies, substitute ingredients or drive down costs.
Choosing a new alternative supplier for incoming raw material.
Yearly Planning on new products in collaboration with the management team.
