I accomplished the required expertise in the mobilization of communities, to be involved in beneficial activities, like framing national events, training and leading of youth. I have been working with community leaders, relevant government departments and non-profit organizations to contribute to the right holders. These extensive experiences in the field developed my knowledge in project management, organizational administration with an emphasis on research, budgetary concerns, projects surveillance, reports writing and organizational communication with the national and international organizations.

Social Mobilizer
I learned all of those key skills that make a good team member. While working at FOP, I was responsible for Determining data analysis procedures and the use of quantitative or qualitative analysis tools, Cleaning, sorting, categorizing and organizing data, Analyzing quantitative and/or qualitative data, Summarizing findings, Developing monthly, quarterly or annual reports depending on the project requirements and Disseminating evaluation findings of project results to donors and other stakeholders.
I was also responsible to train the youth task force for FOP at Universities and Communities to access them and identify the problems of Person with Disabilities and their families and present the best solution for communities’ circumstances recommendations of support packages for the rights holders, and maintaining records, progress reports, I also participated in training programs and team meetings of project planning.
