I have passed M.Sc (Hons) Agriculture in Plant Protection from Sindh Agriculture University Tando Jam and now I am a Ph.D scholar in same Department and University.
I have 12-years dynamic professional, experience in the social development sector including with Agriculture. However, I have  worked 6-year in specific in Livelihood Agriculture Projects as Project Manager /Team Leader/Facilitator including with Farmer Field School (FFS) /Kitchen gardening/NRM and sustainable agriculture practices expert.
I have proved track record of conceptualizing, developing and implementing projects, conducting research, imparting trainings and preparing quality reports during and End the project.

Treatment Coordinator (MDR)
Responsibilities:
To coordination with MDR TB patients and MDR Physicians
To ensure treatment as per schedule of MDR TB patients through monitoring and strong communication.
To ensure strong coordination with stakeholders and PMDT Site team for facilitation to MDR TB patients.
To ensure close contact screening of MDR TB patients
To visit THQs, Dispensaries, Private Clinics and TB Centers and meeting with Doctors and Technicians for ensuring Gene Xpert test to civil hospital Mithi.
To prepare OPD and Field activity plan with coordination of MDR Physician Clinical.
To ensure data base and office files.
To prepare ENRS reports, summery reports, monthly, Quarterly, annuals reports, presentations and send to management.
