Responsible for all task pertaining to Century Distribution Systems, a vendor Consolidator.
Follow up with customers & vendors after new features or enhancements are available in VMS
Assist vendors with troubleshooting issues related to VMS Booking & ESN submissions as per customer’s requirement.
Provide accurate, clear and consistent information about customer SOP.
Plan and book shipments with carriers as per the ship windows provided by customers.
Chase vendors/customers to expedite any pending issues pertaining to booking, docs in operational issue.
Monitor system control procedures and ensure service is been provided to the vendor.

•E-trade Website, Generate and refresh site content (items/advancements)
