-Ensures the proper control of patioents /attendance during /or while admitted. -Ensures proper monitoring of the vital signs ( BP, HR, OR,Temp,Wt ) as baseline during consultation/admission and monitoring in the ward as per doctor's order. -Ensures anthropometric measurements (MUAC) ,weight,height) are done.properly and recorded accurately as required (asid from the common vital signs). .personal hygiene and ensuring patients comfort. Maintains a collaborative relationship with counterparts (medical/paramedical staff) and other workers.Help the pharmacist in the management of the medical stocksDispense the drugs to the Medical departments on daily basis. or MidwifePrepare all drugs and record them in stock cards.Distribute the drugs to relevant staff.Fill in the pharmacy consumption form in on a daily basisCalculate the total daily and weekly and monthly consumptionCheck expiry dates of drugsKeep pharmacy clean and orderly.Receive the supplies ordered check if the number of boxes & their content correspond to the way & the packing listMake regular inventories of available medical material & medicines of the pharmacyArrange items per category, fill in a stock card for each item & regularly update stock cardsMonitor expiry dates closelyfrom the field to highlight project impact.
